    The 33rd annual Baltimore Farmers' Market & Bazaar offers fresh produce, meats, herbs, flowers, crafts and more!  As Maryland's largest producers-only market, visitors can enjoy a one-of-a-kind shopping experience with economical prices. Located underneath the Jones Falls Expressway at Holliday & Saratoga Streets. *Look for the Charm City Circulator Street team August 22, September 5 & 12. They'll be on hand with information about the service.

  • Bob the Builder: Project "Build It!"

    Bob the Builder and his Can-Do Crew invite aspiring builders and their families to help get the job done! Spend time in Sunflower Valley with Bob the Builder, Wendy and the rest of the Can-Do Crew. Children can practice their own fixing with kid-smart activities that build up their Can-Do attitudes and encourage them to be active. Families can also work together to install new parts to sinks in Bob the Builder's mobile home and in his building workshop, learn about water conservation, build the vehicle shelter, experiment with tools in Bob's building workshop and much more!

  • All Aboard for Train Ride Season!  
    B&O Railroad Museum - Orange Route - Stop 212
    Tuesday, July 20 - Monday, January 31
    Train ride season returns! Come take a round trip ride along the first commercial mile of railroad track, recognized as the birthplace of American railroading. With paid admission train ride tickets are $1.00 for children ages 2-12 and $2.00 for adults and seniors(60+). B&O Members are free! Train rides are offered Wednesday through Sunday, April through December and weekends in January. Train ride times are Wednesday through Friday at 11:30am, Saturday at 11am, 1pm, & 3pm, and Sunday at 12:30pm & 2:30pm. Train rides are subject to change or cancellation and are not guaranteed with your visit.

    Visit the newly renovated Bromo Seltzer Arts Tower to tour 
artists’ studios and view or purchase art. At 2pm, enjoy short plays and monologues in the Studio 11 Theater, located on the 11th floor.

  • Street Beat Festival

    Sunday, September 19
    Always the biggest festival of the year, bands will play on three stages throughout the day, featuring an eclectic mix of bands and an exciting musical headliner. Stroll along the tree-lined streets of Historic Federal Hill, eat, drink, browse among the many booths in a celebration of city living. Located in the heart of Historic Federal Hill at the intersection of S. Charles and Cross Streets, the bands get rolling at 11:00 AM. FREE ADMISSION! *Look for the Charm City Circulator Street team.     The 15th annual Baltimore Book festival welcomes more than 225 celebrity, nationally known and local authors including Holly Robinson Peete, Rodney Peete, Nigel Barker, Judge Glenda Hatchett, Jesse Ventura and many more. The Children's Bookstore Stage will be packed with favorite authors and illustrators. All events and author appearances at the Baltimore Book Festival are FREE and open to the public. *Look for the Charm City Circulator Street team.     Now in its 5th year, Free Fall Baltimore brings wonderful cultural activities to your doorstep. With more than 300 unique events scheduled, you’ll be able to find an art activity on almost every day of October. Visit a cultural organization that you don’t know; take a class in a new art form; attend a performance of a new group. You’ll find that there’s plenty going on throughout the year in Baltimore. Here’s your chance to get a taste of the exciting performances, workshops, classes, exhibitions, lectures, festivals, concerts, and tours that are available in our fair city. Try them out in October and come back for more during the other 11 months.
